1. Please check before approval
Promotional products are often sourced, customised or branded specifically for your order. Please check product codes, colours, sizes, quantities, branding positions, artwork proofs, delivery details and deadlines carefully before accepting a quotation or approving artwork.
2. Custom-branded and made-to-order goods
Once approved production has started, custom-branded, personalised or made-to-order goods generally cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned because they cannot reasonably be resold. This does not affect your rights where goods are defective, unsafe, incorrectly supplied or otherwise covered by applicable law.
3. Unbranded standard products
Contact us before returning any product. If an unbranded standard item is eligible for return, it must normally be unused, in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Collection, return freight and any supplier handling charge will be confirmed before the return is authorised.
4. Defective, damaged or incorrect goods
Please notify us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery and include the order reference, product code, quantity affected, a clear description of the issue and supporting photographs. Keep the products and packaging available for inspection. We will investigate with the relevant supplier or branding partner and arrange an appropriate remedy where the claim is accepted.
5. Colour, sizing and artwork variation
Screen colours, supplier batches, garment sizing and production processes can produce reasonable variations. Digital proofs show positioning and content but may not reproduce physical colour, scale or texture exactly. Where colour matching is critical, tell us before approval so that an appropriate sample or production method can be discussed.
6. Refund timing
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payer or another verified business account after returned goods and the claim have been assessed. Bank processing times may apply. Approved deductions, such as agreed return freight or supplier handling charges, will be explained before processing.
7. How to request help
Email hello@cheezeafrica.co.za or use our contact form with your order or quotation reference. Our quotation, invoice and any product-specific terms should be read together with this policy and applicable South African consumer law.
