This policy applies to information submitted through this website and information exchanged while we prepare or fulfil a quotation.

We may collect your name, company, email address, telephone number, delivery details, product selections, branding requirements, artwork-related information and any notes you choose to send us. Basic technical information such as browser type, device information and website activity may also be recorded for security and site performance.

We use information to answer enquiries, prepare quotations, check supplier stock and branding options, process approved orders, coordinate delivery, provide customer support, maintain business records and improve this website. We will only use information for direct marketing where we have a lawful basis to do so, and you may opt out.

Information may be shared with trusted service providers where necessary to provide the requested service—for example product suppliers, branding partners, couriers, website hosting providers and professional advisers.
